Why is Nigel the only politician asking, “Just who the hell do you think you people are.”?

The “Christmas” Holiday is rapidly approaching. Congressional leaders are preparing to take their holiday break. They are trying to finish their last minute “to do lists in Congress, ” screw the American public.

Since the mid-term elections, the Democommies have voiced their dismay over the American public’s inability to see how great their socialist agenda is for America. Their dismay is slowly turning to anger and panic at the Republicans who now show limited signs of empowerment. Unfortunately, neither party appears to demonstrate that they clearly understand the will of the American people! Both are still voting to pass spending bills with no money “in the bank!”

Both Houses in Congress should know that the American people are aware of the Socialist effort to destroy our “Republic;” and, the Republican effort to regain “power.” Read the rest of this entry »

Michael Yon has written a new post called, Ripley’s Believe it Or Not. Ripleys Believe it Or Not is going to publish one of Michael’s photos, “Helicopter Rotors glowing due to Kopp-Etchells Effect,”in their next book. In Michael’s own words:

Ripley’s Believe it or Not has asked to publish one of my photos in their next book.  This photo was made in Sangin, Afghanistan during the last time I was with British forces.  Sangin is the most dangerous place in the country.  The enemy is good and the fighting is serious.  The area freaks out some people.  Sangin is a courage tester and every mission I half expected would be my last.

Senate passes first vote on tax rate deal

Posted by devildog6771 on December 13, 2010

Social Security Poster: old man

Image via Wikipedia

I just saw on FOX News that the Senate just passed the first round of the “Tax Rate Deal!”  The deal is loaded with “pork”  which will cost Americans millions of dollars! Worse yet, there is no money to pay for the added deals! Are those people crazy?

The bill would provide a two-year reprieve in the tax increases scheduled to take effect on Jan. 1 at all income levels, reduce Social Security taxes for every wage earner in 2011 and extend an expiring program of jobless benefits for the long-term unemployed. The estimated cost, $858 billion over two years, would be added to already-huge federal deficits.

A Proud Day for This Virginian! Va. Wins First Round in Fight Over Health Care Reform

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli (R)

As a Virginian, today was a proud day for me, especially after reading this report by NBC, Va. Wins First Round in Fight Over Health Care Reform:

A federal judge has denied a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, filed by the U.S. Department of Justice.

The state claims that Congress exceeded its authority under the Constitution’s Commerce Clause by requiring citizens to buy health insurance or pay a penalty.

The Virginia General Assembly passed legislation this year exempting state residents from the coverage mandate.

More than a dozen other states are part of another similar lawsuit, but Virginia’s is the first to go before a judge.

“I applaud today’s decision allowing Virginia’s constitutional challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to move forward,” said Gov. Bob McDonnell.

The health care reform would “violate Virginia’s Health Care Freedom Act, which was passed by a bipartisan majority of the Commonwealth’s democratically elected representatives,” McDonnell said.

Sarah Palin – Democrats Hate Her – Republicans Fear Her – Still Palin’s Popularity is Growing – Why?

Posted by devildog6771 on December 13, 2010

This is an alternate crop of an image already ...

Image via Wikipedia

When Sarah Pailn ran for Vice-President in John McCain’s bid for the Presidency I really didn’t know as much about her. She appeared vibrant, smart, intelligent, and mostly, a down home type of person missing from American politics! As the campaign moved closer to Election Day, I found myself surprised to see how McCain and his advisers seemed determined to downplay her abilities and appeal and focus on what I like to call “fluff.” Her speeches were  lacking the “down-home” style I came to associate with Palin. I found myself dismayed over this turn of events. I never felt McCain was a good choice for President. My hopes were Palin would give a balance in McCain’s administration should he win his election bid! As the campaign progressed, it was very obvious this was not going to happen. In the end, on election day I felt I was really voting for the lesser of evils!

Glenn Beck exposes Soros

Posted by devildog6771 on December 10, 2010

George Soros (left) and James Billington.

Glenn Beck just finished an exposé on George Soros. Glenn showed the intricate network of 501c’s used by Soros and the countless progressives to take over the Democratic Party during the past administration. He showed how Soros manipulated the last change in the campaign finance law sponsored by McCain and Feingold. Soros knew that the new law would have the 501c loophole and had his network in place when the new bill was signed. Glenn  also showed the Soros “machine” tried and failed to block Bush’s re-election campaign. Now Soros is working with progressives to dissolve our Constitution and replace it with a new socialist government. The goal is the collapse of the United States.

“Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

George Soros, billionaire

Image via Wikipedia

Have you noticed lately how often the term “state”  is used when the media is reporting about the Federal Government? No, well next time you watch the news, pay close attention to how often you hear “state” or “state sponsored!” Maybe the socialists in Congress think they are a “shoe-in” and they don’t need to hide behind political correctness anymore! Of course, if I had George Soros buying and paving my way, I don’t suppose I would feel the need for caution. After all, this man breaks and makes nations. His goal now is the collapse of the US Economy, a socialist America, no national boundaries, and a “New World Order” controlled by, you, got it, George.

The left is destroying America; but, Glenn Beck offers us hope for turning things around!

DAVOS/SWITZERLAND, 27JAN10 - George Soros, Cha...

Image via Wikipedia

So what! Who really cares what Bill Maher thinks? I know I sure don’t. He has made it clear for some time that he is a “leftist” and from that time on, I stopped caring what he had to say about anything. On FOX News this morning I listened to a Democratic Scrooge talk about how Obama didn’t do as he promised. Obama hasn’t taken us far enough left fast enough to suit him or those other extreme left people in America. This brilliant Democommies wants the tax bill extension to not cover everyone. I say give it to all levels. It worked under Bush. It certainly can’t hurt now!

President Obama is pushing the GOP to pass his “START Treaty” with the Russians. {Obama tells GOP not to hold up Russia arms treaty} He made reference to a quote by Ronald Reagan to draw support for his treaty:

President Barack Obama took aim Saturday at Republican senators standing in the way of a nuclear arms reduction pact with Russia, saying they were abandoning Ronald Reagan’s lesson of nuclear diplomacy: “Trust but verify.”
