President Obama talks alone with Senate Majori...

President Obama is upset that the spending bill has not been passed by Congress. Senator Reid says the “Tea Party” radicals are exercising unfair influence on the GOP. Chuck Schumer says the Tea Party is full of extremist. Speaker Boehner has proven his determination that voters wishes are met!

Let’s see, didn’t those extremist radicals blast a hole in the Demo-commie power base in the last midterm? Both Reid and Schumer need a little education. FOX News showed the results of a recent Rasmussen  Reports poll:

On major issues facing the country are your views closer to Tea Party or Congress?

  • 48% closer to avg Tea Party member
  • 22%  closer to avg Congress member
  • 30% NOT SURE

(April 1-2, 2011    +/- 3 percentage points)

I find it hard to pay much attention to a crook. Harry Reid has made a career of  self interest and personal gain. His voting record over the course of his career is not exactly sterling! As for Chuck Schumer, he just has a yen for camera and air time!

Obama, Reid, and Schumer are quick to blame the GOP for failing to pass the spending bill. Speaker Boehner has drawn his line in the sand. He has advised the Demo-commies he would agree to another extension if  $12 million is cut from the bill this week. Of course the Demo-commies refused.

Reid keeps making his whiney little speech with his quiet “Father Knows Best” approach to explain how uncompromising the GOP remains over the spending bill. He continues to use Alinsky style rhetoric to convince voters there is a compromise on the table and the GOP constantly reneges. I think he needs to start using another one of Alinsky’s rules. The current one is a bit over used.

Enter “Dragon Lady, Pelosi! Dah, Dah, Dah,Dhum!!!! Pelosi can’t even agree with her own party. But, the GOP seemed to learn from earlier Demi-commie  stall tactics and took some of the wind out of the demo-commies’ sails:

“You see a bit of tension — at least the subtext is tension — between Leader Pelosi and Leader Reid,” said Rep. Peter Roskam (R-Ill.), the chief House deputy whip.

“So I hope the Democrats are able to get over their divisions and come together in the same way that House and Senate Republicans are in working on this goal.”

I say don’t back down. You can’t spend money if you have none to spend. Cuts must be made. Make them! I salute Boehner for standing firm.
